Went to Enoshima with my LEP group today. Went to the top of an observation tower on the island and was able to see everything around for miles. Got some really great photos. Also had some really fresh sashimi at this nice restaurant over there, still really don't like seafood much, but it was enjoyable. After the dun went down there was a really beautiful fireworks display. I tried to practice some long exposure shots, but found that they were really hard without a tripod. During the last 30 or minutes of the fireworks it started to rain really hard and we all took cover in a nearby parking garage along with a bunch of other people. the craziest part though was getting back to Tokyo. Our Japanese friends had us leave for the station early and even then, there was an unbelievable amount of people already crowding the entrance with police directing people in waves into the station. After a lot of pushing, shoving and being squished we managed to make it into the station and onto the train back to Tokyo.
