Course Narrative: This is the final step, if you had told me I'd be here 3 years ago I wouldn't have believed you. Everything we've done at CSUMB has accumulated to this get to this point. We've had to use all of the Japanese language skills we've learned throughout our time here at CSUMB, as well as some new skills in regards to research papers and presentational Japanese. The main focus in this class has been continuing the work we have already done in pre-capstone and using our literature review to refine our survey questions. It was very difficult at first to organize all of the information we received in our survey, but we managed to get all of the information into graphs for our presentations. The amount of help we received from all of our professors has been amazing. Thanks to the shelter in place order induced by Covid-19 we ended up losing a week of class which really through a wrench in some of our timelines, but we all managed to power through and finish each of our capstones. I'm very proud of all my classmates as well as myself for finishing this semester strong regardless of the setbacks we've had.
